What we do
When it makes sense for the project, we provide design-build delivery in collaboration with architects and consultants. The benefit is simple: constructability and budget are considered from the start, not discovered halfway through the build.
How we work
Design-build is not right for every project, and we will tell you if it is not. If you already have a full set of drawings, we are equally comfortable building to them, either leading the project or supporting your general contractor.

Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. We are a licensed contractor, registered with WSIB, and we carry $5,000,000 in commercial general liability insurance. Certificates are available on request.
Can you work in occupied or time-sensitive spaces?
Yes. We are often brought in for work that has to happen around people and operations, with controlled site access, careful sequencing and after-hours work where the building needs it.
